Welcome to Take Five

Random photos (taken by me) are placed in a desktop folder where only the image number is visible.

I set a timer for 15 minutes, open a blank page on my desktop then click on an image number.

When the photo appears, I start the timer. I also start typing - at this point I go totally “right brain”. I don’t think about what I see. Rather, I feel what I see and let my imagination go.

I stop when the timer rings. I proof for basic punctuation and spelling; where necessary I do minor revisions to give a smoother read. I do not change the story or rearrange paragraphs - it is what it is.

Word count range: 450-700

The hard part is done...

Now, sit back and Take Five.
